Order Confirmation
If you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with AVN Media Network whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.

Payment in Full
Orders for the AVN Industry Directory (AVNID) must be paid in full before they will be processed. AVN Media Network, Inc. does not issue credit card reversals unless there is evidence of a) a processing error or b) fraudulent credit card charges.

• Processing Error - IF you make a mistake processing your payment and notify us within three (3) business days, we will reverse the credit card charges immediately. You must contact AVN Media Network, Inc. by telephone at 818.718.5788.
• Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Advertising Refund Policy
Due to the fact that AVN-ID advertisements cannot be modified once they have been submitted, AVN Media Network Inc. does not offer advertising refunds.
